on Community Leadership invites your input on a first – and
incomplete – draft of a Community Leadership Theory
of Change for Individual Community Foundations. We want to
know: what one to two specific changes would you
make to improve the content of this very first draft? To reduce confusion
on your end as well as ours, we ask that you read all of
the introductory material on theory of change before you
comment (even if you use theory of change in your work).
