The community foundation develops, articulates, measures
and regularly refreshes its strategies to exercise community

The community foundation has a revenue model that
supports its community leadership efforts. |

The community foundation is engaged in networks that
can effectively move people, organizations, information,
dollars and policy to change community outcomes. |
