What can you do to help right now?

What process is being used to develop a Community Leadership Theory of Change for Individual Community Foundations…and what is its status?

The NTF values inclusiveness and transparency in its efforts to develop this Theory of Change. To that end, we are inviting any community foundation leader to provide comments about this initial draft. Community foundation board member responses are of particular interest.

Because of the potential volume of comments, and because the NTF and CFLeads need comments in the most practical form, we ask that you offer your critique by answering this question:

What one or two MOST IMPORTANT specific changes
do you suggest to improve the content of this very first draft of
the theory of change?
